Scout's Honor Creamery

Scout’s Honor Creamery in Waitsfield, VT came back to the Vermont Farm Fund for a second loan to expand their ice cream production with larger freezer capacity. Since John Vitko and Sarina Gulisano launched their cafe, The Sweet Spot, in 2013, they have continued to produce a wide array of small-batch ice cream flavors, ice pops, and new novelty frozen treats produced with many locally grown ingredients. They also can be found around town selling delicious goodies from their Moo-bile ice cream van.
